Section 216-RICR-50-05-1.12 - Certified LaboratoriesA. For the purpose of determining compliance with this Part, only analyses carried out by the Department of Health or in a laboratory certified by the Department of Health, EPA, or by reciprocity with another state will be considered with the exception of alkalinity, calcium, conductivity, disinfectant residual, orthophosphate, pH, silica, temperature, and turbidity, which must be carried out by a party approved by the Director.216 R.I.
