Section 216-RICR-40-10-24.1 - Authority

These regulations are promulgated pursuant to the authority conferred by R.I. Gen. Laws § 23-68-8, and are established for the purpose of regulating tanning facilities to minimize the risks associated with tanning by artificial ultraviolet light.
