Any violations as set forth in § 18.3.7 of this Part shall be cause for the Department to impose such sanctions, or denial, revocation or suspension of certification or imposing a reprimand or censure or such other disciplinary action.
All hearings and reviews required under the provisions of R.I. Gen. Laws Chapter 23-17.4, shall be held in accordance with the provisions of the Act and the rules and regulations regarding Practices and Procedures Before the Rhode Island Department of Health (Part 10-05-4 of this Title) and Access to Public Records (Part 10-05-1 of this Title).
