Section 216-RICR-30-05-3.1 - AuthorityA. These regulations are promulgated pursuant to R.I. Gen. Laws §§ 16-38-2 and 23-1-18 and are established for the purpose of adopting standards pertaining to requirements for immunizations and testing of communicable diseases for child care workers in preschools and students at any preschool or school in grades Kindergarten-12 and students entering colleges and universities in Rhode Island.216 R.I.
