Section 216-RICR-10-10-4.1 - Authority

These rules and regulations pertaining to the Rhode Island Traumatic Brain Injury/Spinal Cord Injury Registry are promulgated pursuant to the authority conferred in R.I. Gen. Laws § 23-1-49 for the purpose of establishing a unified procedure for the reporting of traumatic brain injuries and spinal cord injuries to the Rhode Island Traumatic Brain Injury Spinal Cord Injury Registry maintained by the Rhode Island Department of Health.
