Section 216-RICR-10-10-2.10 - ExceptionA. Modification of any individual requirement of this Part may be granted by the Director upon motion of the Rhode Island Cancer Registry or upon request of a contracting agency and/or organization in a specific case, if the Director finds that the modification to the requirement is not contrary to the purpose of the Rhode Island Cancer Registry nor contrary to the public interest.1.
