Section 216-RICR-10-10-1.27 - Final Disposition by Medical School

A. Following the final disposition of the remains of a dead body which has been conveyed to a medical school to be used for anatomical study or other medical purposes, said school shall notify the State Registrar in writing, prior to the fifth (5^th) day of the following month, of the date, manner, and place of final disposition.

B. The State Registrar shall enter on the face of the death certificate the date, manner, and place of final disposition.
