Section 214-RICR-50-00-1.13 - Referral of Unlicensed Daycare Facilities to the Attorney General OfficeA. The Department investigates any complaints received regarding unlicensed daycare operations.B. If it is determined that daycare is being provided, the Department sends written notification requiring the individual(s) to cease and desist from providing unlicensed day care and giving the individual(s) thirty (30) days to begin the licensing process.
