Section 212-RICR-30-00-1.5 - AGREEMENTA. An agreement between the Department and the Board has been developed which outlines the responsibilities and obligations of the Board and the Department with respect to the services and goods operated pursuant to R.I. Gen. Laws §§ 40.1-21-15 through 40.1-21-17.B. This agreement is renewable for successive periods of one (1) year each and may be modified upon agreement of both parties.C.
