Section 210-RICR-50-05-1.2 - Legal Authority

A. This Part is promulgated pursuant to the following federal and state authorities:

1. Federal Law -- Title XIX of the U.S. Social Security Act 42 U.S.C. §§ 1396a, 1902(a), 1905, 1913, 1915(c)-(k), 1917(f), 1919, 1922.
