Section 210-RICR-50-00-2.7 - Health Institution and Income Cost Comparison

A. The following table sets forth the projected monthly private pay rates associated with each institutional level of care that are used to determine whether a LTSS applicant or beneficiary with excess countable income qualifies for LTSS MN eligibility with or without a spenddown.
