Caretakers of Medicaid-eligible children in households with incomes below 175% FPL who are not Medicaid eligible themselves can apply for financial assistance for paying for health insurance coverage accessed through HealthSource RI.B. The purpose of this rule is to set forth the provisions governing this financial assistance.
