EOHHS must provide applicants and recipients of AHCCA subsidies with notice of the right to appeal and request a hearing with regard to the following agency actions: 1. A determination that an applicant disapproved for AHCCA participation and the basis for the decision of ineligibility;2. The amount of assistance determined;3.
