Section 210-RICR-30-05-3.4 - RIte Share PopulationsA. The income of Medicaid members affects whether and in what manner they must participate in RIte Share. Rite Share populations are determined pursuant to R.I. Gen. Laws § 40-8.4-12(c). 1. RIte Share includes: children, families, parents and caretakers eligible for Medicaid, or the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), and childless adults between the ages of nineteen (19) and sixty-four (64) who are not receiving or eligible to receive Medicare, but are Medicaid eligible.210 R.I.
