Section 210-RICR-30-05-3.19 - ESI Enrollment VerificationA. Verification of enrollment in a RIte Share-approved ESI plan is required. 1. Participating employer - For Medicaid beneficiaries working for a RIte Share approved employer, the employer is required to submit verification to the RIte Share Unit that initial enrollment in the ESI has been made in the manner prescribed by EOHHS.2. Approved plan - For individuals working for a RIte Share-approved employer, the individual must provide verification of enrollment by completing the appropriate form, which requires the signature of a representative of the employer, or by submitting a copy of the official ESI enrollment receipt.
