Section 210-RICR-30-05-2.60 - Enrollment ProcessA. All children determined eligible for Medicaid who were born on or after May 1, 2000 must enroll in a RIte Smiles Program dental plan. The parent(s) or guardian(s) of the eligible children may have a choice of dental plans, if more than one (1) plan is available, in which to enroll.B.
