Section 210-RICR-30-05-2.51 - Disenrollment Effective Dates
A. Member disenrollments outside of the open enrollment process become effective on the date specified by EOHHS, but not fewer than six (6) days after the MCO has been notified, unless the MCO waives this condition. The MCOs have written policies and procedures for complying with EOHHS disenrollment orders.
