Section 210-RICR-30-05-2.41 - Membership Handbook
A. The Medicaid MCO must provide a Medicaid enrollee with a membership handbook and information on how to select a primary care provider member. This information must be sent by mail within ten (10) days of the date of enrollment for all members excluding foster children.
