Section 200-RICR-20-05-5.10 - Disputes

All disputes between participating school districts of a cooperative service arrangement which cannot be resolved by the cooperative's governing board shall be resolved in accordance with the appropriate provisions of R.I. Gen. Laws Chapter 16-39.
