Section 180-RICR-20-00-1.7 - Gifts and MemorialsA. As specified in R.I. Gen. Laws § 30-24-6, the Director of Veterans Services is authorized to accept grants, donations, and bequests made to the State that may be in any way of benefit to Rhode Island veterans and their families eligible for services such as those provided for in this Rule.B. Any monies received under these auspices shall be maintained by the Treasurer of the State of Rhode Island in a restricted account, and shall only be used for purposes of expanding, ensuring the continuation of, or enhancing the range of services in accordance with the provisions of R.I. Gen. Laws § 30-24-6.180 R.I. Code R. 180-RICR-20-00-1.7
