Section 110-RICR-20-00-2.2 - Authority to Adopt Rules and Regulations

Pursuant to R.I. Gen. Laws § 5-5.1-4, the Attorney General is authorized to adopt such regulations as he may deem necessary or desirable to carry out the provisions of the Private Security Guard Act.
