The filing office is the office for filing UCC records relating to all types of collateral except: 1. as-extracted collateral or timber to be cut; and2. when the relevant financing statement is filed as a fixture filing and the collateral is goods which are or are to become fixtures (§§ 1.4(A)(1) and (2) of this Part as articulated and defined in R.I. Gen. Laws §§ 6A-9-501, 6A-9-502).3. Regardless of the nature of the collateral, the filing office is the office for filing all UCC records where the debtor is transmitting utility.B.
