Section 100-RICR-10-00-1.5 - Denial of Access and Administrative AppealsA. If the Department denies a request for access to records in accordance with the Act, the individual who requested the records may ask the Secretary of State or his/her designee either orally or in writing to review the denial. That appeal will be conducted in accordance with R.I. Gen. Laws § 38-2-8.B.
