Section 171.1 - Purpose

The purpose of this part is to facilitate the implementation of the Race Horse Industry Reform Act (act of October 28, 2016) (P.L. 913, No. 114), 3 Pa.C.S. § § 9301-9374 (relating to race horse industry reform).
