Section 120.22 - Tagging and identity(a)Tagging. The Department will authorize the use of official certification tags for the identification of nursery stock or seed that meet the requirements of the FTIP.(b)Identity. A person selling Pennsylvania certified fruit tree nursery stock or seed is responsible for the identity of the stock bearing each tag and for the nursery stock meeting the requirements of the FTIP. Persons issued tags authorized by the FTIP shall account for stock produced and sold and keep the records required by the Department.
