Section 115.422 - Description(a) A brief description of the variety or clone shall clearly state the methods of selection or breeding by which it was created, its distinctive characteristics, the uses for which it is intended, the geographic region to which it is adapted, and characteristics which may limit its usefulness.(b) Subsequent advertising claims shall not contain any distortion of this statement, directly or by implication.
