Section 9.24 - Permits for movement from quarantined herds(a) Reactors shall be kept in quarantine and may not be removed from the premise except on a written permit from an agent of the Bureau or a cooperating Federal agency.(b) Negative animals in quarantined herds may not be removed from the premise except on a written permit issued by the Bureau or cooperating Federal agency.(c) Animals exposed to Mycobacterium bovis shall be "S" branded before being sent to slaughter.The provisions of this § 9.24 amended November 28, 1975, effective 11/29/1975, 5 Pa.B. 3099; amended January 27, 1978, effective 1/28/1978, 8 Pa.B. 246.
