Section 3.180 - Swine for exhibition(a)Health certificate. Swine for exhibition shall be accompanied by a health certificate prepared within 30 days of the exhibition and shall be identified in accordance with § 3.172(b) (relating to health requirements) or by other permanent means approved by the Department.(b)Brucellosis requirements for exhibition. Breeding swine 6 months of age or older to be exhibited shall be either brucellosis test negative within 30 days prior to the exhibition or originate from a validated brucellosis-free herd or originate from a validated brucellosis-free state.(c)Pseudorabies test required for exhibition. Swine shall be negative to an official test for pseudorabies within 30 days prior to the opening date of the fair, show, exhibition or sale or shall be from a qualified pseudorabies negative herd.
