Section 163.336 - Gratuities, rewards, favors and interests(a) A person may not offer to and no racing official may accept, directly or indirectly, a gratuity, reward or favor in connection with racing at the meeting.(b) A racing official may not, directly or indirectly, for a commission, gratuity or otherwise, sell, buy or hold for himself or for another a form of interest in a thoroughbred horse that is run or entered at a meeting where he is officiating.(c) A racing official may not, directly or indirectly, buy, sell or hold an interest in a contract upon a jockey or apprentice jockey.(d) A racing official may not write or solicit horse insurance at the meeting.
