Section 6400.15 - Self-assessment of homes(a) The agency shall complete a self-assessment of each home the agency operates serving eight or fewer individuals, within 3 to 6 months prior to the expiration date of the agency's certificate of compliance, to measure and record compliance with this chapter.(b) The agency shall use the Department's licensing inspection instrument for the community homes for individuals with an intellectual disability or autism regulations to measure and record compliance.(c) A copy of the agency's self-assessment results and a written summary of corrections made shall be kept by the agency for at least 1 year.The provisions of this §6400.15 amended through January 22, 1982, effective 3/1/1982, 12 Pa.B. 384; amended November 16, 1984, effective 11/17/1984, 14 Pa.B. 4161; amended August 9, 1991, effective 11/8/1991, 21 Pa.B. 3595; amended June 17, 2016, effective 6/18/2016, 46 Pa.B. 3177; amended October 4, 2019, effective in 120 days, 49 Pa.B. 5777.The provisions of this §6400.15 amended under sections 201(2), 403(b), 403.1(a) and (b), Articles IX and X of the Human Services Code (62 P.S. §§ 201(2), 403(b), 403.1(a) and (b) and 901-922 and 1001-1088); and section 201(2) of the Mental Health and Intellectual Disability Act of 1966 (50 P.S. § 4201(2)).
