(a) If a child receives care for 4 or more consecutive hours, nutritional, appropriately-timed meals and snacks shall be served.(b) Meals and snacks may be provided by the parent, upon agreement between the parent and the operator.(c) Food may not be withheld from children for purposes of discipline.(d) Children may not be forced to eat food.
