Section 3140.13 - Schedule for plan submission

Prior to August 15 each year, counties shall submit to the Department a needs-based plan and budget in a form prescribed by the Department containing their annual client and budget estimates and a description of proposed changes in their annual plans for the fiscal year beginning the following July.
