Section 3130.37 - Emergency and planned temporary placement services(a)Emergency placement service. Residential care and supervision in a nonsecure setting, not to exceed 30 consecutive days for a child: (1) Whose immediate safety, protection and well-being requires removal from his own home.(2) Who would present a danger to himself or others or who would abscond if he were living at home.(b)Planned temporary placement services.(1)Foster family care. Residential care and supervision of a child in a foster family home.(2)Residential child care. Twenty-four-hour out-of-home care in a nonsecure facility for children not related to the provider.The provisions of this §3130.37 amended January 23, 1987, effective 1/24/1987, 17 Pa.B. 392.The provisions of this §3130.37 amended under Articles II, VII, IX and X of the Public Welfare Code (62 P.
