Section 3042.82 - Eligibility determination(a) The eligibility agency shall determine eligibility for subsidized child care as specified in this chapter.(b) The eligibility agency may not impose eligibility conditions other than the conditions listed in this chapter.(c) The eligibility agency may not require the parent or caretaker to select a particular provider or combination of providers as a condition of eligibility.Adopted by Pennsylvania Bulletin, Vol 53, No. 50.
