Section 3042.92 - Department's payment(a) The payment rate is the daily amount paid to a child care provider for services delivered to a child who is eligible for subsidized child care.(b) If the copayment does not exceed the payment rate for care, the difference between the payment rate and the weekly copayment is the Department's payment for subsidized child care.(c) If the Department's weekly payment to the provider is less than $5, the family is not eligible for subsidized child care with that provider.Adopted by Pennsylvania Bulletin, Vol 53, No. 50.
