Section 2380.131 - Dining area(a) The facility shall have a dining area for lunches and breaks. The dining area may be a program area as long as the area is not used for purposes of programming and dining at the same time.(b) The dining area shall be clean and sanitary.(c) The dining area shall have a sufficient number of tables and chairs to accommodate the maximum number of individuals scheduled for lunch or break at any one time.The provisions of this §2380.131 adopted January 15, 1993, effective 1/16/1993, 23 Pa.B. 343.
