Section 2050.23 - County residence(a) For purposes of satisfying § 2050.21(3) (relating to general eligibility criteria), the following persons are considered county residents: (1) Persons who declare a place of residence located within the county.(2) Out-of-State or foreign students who reside in the county while attending an educational or job-training institution in this Commonwealth.(3) Migrant workers who are seasonally employed or are seeking seasonal employment within the county.(b) No requirements as to citizenship or length of residence may be imposed as a condition of adult services eligibility.
