Section 41.152 - Continuance of hearings(a) A hearing may not be continued except for compelling reasons.(b) A motion for continuance of a hearing must be submitted to the Bureau in writing with a copy served upon the other parties to the proceedings, except that during the course of a hearing in a proceeding, the requests may be made by oral motion in the hearing.(c) In the event that the parties are engaged in good faith settlement negotiations, the Bureau may grant a joint continuance request of not more than 60 days.
