Section 64.121 - Authorized termination of serviceWhen at least 10 days have passed since suspension of service, the company may terminate service for failure to pay a reconnection fee and to remedy the original grounds for suspension due to any of the following reasons:
(1) Failure to make satisfactory arrangements to pay arrearages.(2) Failure to post a deposit, furnish a third-party guarantee or otherwise establish credit.(3) Failure to meet the requirements of a payment agreement.(4) Failure to give adequate assurances that an unauthorized use or practice will cease.The provisions of this §64.121 adopted November 30, 1984, effective 1/1/1985, 14 Pa.B. 4354.
