Section 6.4 - Fees

(a) The schedule of fees charged by the Board is as follows:

Initial licensing application fee ...$100

Biennial renewal fee... $130

Verification of Licensure ... $15

Addition of crane specialty... $70

Application for certifying organization ... $1,000

Trainee registration fee... $100

(b) Fees must accompany applications and be made payable to "Commonwealth of Pennsylvania."
