Section 13.161 - Temporary supervisor(a) At the time of the death of the licensee, the Board may permit the widow, widower or estate to operate the establishment of the deceased with a temporary supervisor for a period not to exceed 6 months. The Board shall be notified of the name of the temporary supervisor, who shall be required to file a statement under oath of his willingness to act in that capacity and who shall be required to appear before the Board with the widow, widower or legal representative of the estate. The temporary supervisor may continue his own business during this 6-month period.(b) In the event of termination of the permanent supervisor through death, resignation, retirement, and the like, the Board will grant approval of a temporary supervisor for 30 days.
