Section 13.83 - Effect of name designated on license

Business conducted by a funeral establishment shall be conducted under the name appearing in the license of the funeral director unless an establishment is operated under partnership operation and control, in which case it shall be conducted under the names of all of the partners involved. A corporation shall conduct its business under the corporate name and the name of the supervisor shall appear on all forms of advertising.
