Section 7.26 - Project approval(a) Projects shall be analyzed in conformity with "Appalachia Project Review Procedure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania."(b) The State Member shall approve, disapprove or modify the project proposal and, if approved, transmit it to the Appalachia Regional Commission.(c) If a project proposal involves expenditure of Commonwealth funds, as determined at the time of State Planning Board Staff review, the State Member shall act only after the project proposal has been reviewed and approved as to budget impact by the Budget Secretary.
