Section 301.5 - Construction of regulations(a)No release from liability. Nothing in this part relieves an employer or supplier from liability with regard to the health and safety of an employe or other persons exposed to substances, nor does it relieve an employer or supplier from a duty or responsibility under other statutes.(b)Local ordinances. This part preempts and supersedes a local ordinance or rule concerning the subject matter of this part.
