Section 81.95 - Requests for exemptions(a) Requests for exemption from any provision of this chapter shall be made in writing to the Director and shall contain a statement of reasons supporting the request. Exemptions may be granted for good cause.(b) The Council shall immediately notify the United States Department of Labor of any such exemptions granted affecting a substantial number of employes and the reasons therefor.(c) Subsection (a) supersedes 1 Pa. Code §35.18 (relating to petitions for issuance, amendment, waiver or repeal of regulations).
