Section 41.84 - Drinking water(a) Cool, pure, and wholesome water of a quality approved by the Department of Health shall be supplied at all times in places accessible to employes.(b) The common drinking cup for public use is prohibited; either individual drinking vessels or bubbling fountains shall be used. Bubbling fountains, if used, shall be maintained in a sanitary condition.(c) If individual paper drinking cups are used, a suitable container shall be provided for the discarded cups.
