Section 29.133 - Operating rules(a) The hand dressing of belts while driving machinery is prohibited.(b) Belts shall not be replaced on pulleys or taken off pulleys by direct hand method while the pulleys are in motion.(c) The cleaning and oiling of machinery while in motion is prohibited in all places if exposure to hazardous contact is involved.
