(a) This subchapter sets forth rules to safeguard the lives, limbs and health of workers in the manufacture of nitro and amido compounds.(b) The employer and the employe engaged in the manufacture of nitro and amido compounds shall have the responsibility of complying with the provisions of this Subchapter.
