The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
Commissioner-The Insurance Commissioner of the Commonwealth.
Department-The Insurance Department of the Commonwealth.
Domestic-Incorporated or organized under the laws of the Commonwealth.
Foreign-Incorporated or organized under the laws of a jurisdiction other than the Commonwealth.
