Section 1171a.34 - Department request for testing(a) The Department, in its sole discretion, may identify and collect a test sample from a grower/processor at any time and request an approved laboratory to conduct proficiency testing, conduct quality assurance measures and perform tests under this chapter.(b) The approved laboratory shall provide the Department with a written report of the test results from a test sample tested under subsection (a) within 7 days of the collection of the test sample, or sooner if requested by the Department.Adopted by Pennsylvania Bulletin, Vol 53, No. 09.
